1. General

By placing an order with Whie Diamond Computer, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to verify customer information before accepting any order. All prices are listed in Bahraini Dinars (BHD) and are subject to change without notice.

3. Returns and Exchanges

Our policy adheres to the Bahrain Consumer Protection Law:

  • Defective Products: If a product is found to be defective, malfunctioning, or non-conforming to specifications, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or full refund within 15 days of purchase at no additional cost.
  • Change of Mind: Unopened items in their original packaging may be exchanged within 7 to 14 days of purchase, subject to inspection.
  • Exclusions: Software, digital activation codes, and customized “built-to-order” PCs are generally non-refundable unless defective.

4. Warranty Policy

  • Standard Coverage: All hardware products carry a minimum one-year limited manufacturer warranty unless otherwise stated.
  • Voiding Warranty: Warranty is void if serial numbers or warranty stickers are tampered with, or if damage results from misuse or unauthorized repairs.
  • Service Center: We act as an intermediary between you and the manufacturer’s authorized service center for warranty claims.

5. Delivery and Risk

  • Accuracy: Customers must provide accurate delivery information; we are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
  • Risk of Loss: Responsibility for the goods passes to the customer upon physical delivery.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Data Backup: Customers are solely responsible for backing up their data before handing any device in for repair or service. We are not liable for data loss.
  • Inspection: Customers should inspect products immediately upon receipt and report any “Dead on Arrival” (DOA) issues within 24 hours.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably may be referred to the Consumer Protection Directorate at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
